Puppy Vaccine Schedule
Puppies should be vaccinated at 6, 8, 12, and 16 weeks of age and then receive boosters 1 year later.
Rabies Vaccine Schedule
The initial rabies vaccine can be given to puppies as early as 12 weeks of age and is effective for 1 year, at which time a rabies booster vaccine is needed. This booster vaccine can then be given every 3 years although some municipalities require annual revaccination.
The core and non-core vaccine schedules vary. Your veterinarian can make recommendations based on your pet’s needs.
